I have a 2003 Tacoma. There is a loud annoying whistling noise coming through when I turn the air up... it gets louder as I turn it up, and as I drive faster. Doesn't matter if the air is hot or cold, air conditionining on or off, recirculate, etc... always the same. We recently had a bit of an ice storm so im hoping that some ice chipping or melting might change things, but since it probably won't, any ideas? I know some cars will whistle when the car is cold and just turned on, but I have never heard ANY whistling out of my truck before this... and this is on no matter how warm the car gets. Thanks.
