Alignment was fixed with no charge. This time they admitted that it's tire pull. The service guy said the tires will need to be changed at around 28k miles. Is that true? That's kind of fast.

Believe me, you won't want the GoodYear Integritys on there much longer than that! When replacing the tires, the Michelin Cross Terrains seem to be favored by most.
