Hey everybody, Mark your calendars - the date for the TORC 8th Annual All Toyota Fest is Saturday May 22 2004. Like last years event, it will be held on the grass at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA. This is just an early announcement, so that you can schedule things early enough. Exact start time & schedule of events are still to be determined. As more details become available, I will announce them through the Group message board & as Special Notices. Last years Fest was the biggest ever. There were over 80 Toyotas registered, including: some nice RT43 & RT52 Coronas, some real cool AE86's & TE27's, some hot Celicas, a few MR2's, some real nice Land Cruisers, only one Crown, and a Publica ~ in other words, just about something for everyone. Heck, we even had some new cars there - some of the first Scions before they went on sale. This year we are expecting an even bigger turnout. So go ahead & cancel all other plans, so that you can be there to share in the festivities & show the world that OLD TOYOTAS still RULE! If you belong to another Toyota club & would like to have your club join us, please have your club contact TORC. Regards, Keaton Vidos Vehicles owned 1976 Toyota Celica GT coupe

I'm glad to help but I'll not be there. Something has come up for that weekend and it is just to far to go, I live in Louisiana and that is a 24 hr. trip and $300 in gas. But I hope you do have fun and join TORC (Toyota Owners and Restorers Club) It is a shame that I cant go but I will probly make it in 2005. Maybe Ill have my Celica (RA24) in better shape by then.
