I HAVE ASKED THE DEAL TO FIND IT TWICE WITH NO LUCK

THEY REPLACE A WHEEL BEARING THE FIRST TIME AND REBUILT THE BRAKES THE SECOND TIME.

So a repair place can't find the proble? Are you sure it is coming from where you think it is coming from? I had an annoying rattle that I thought was coming from the bottom and found out I had something loose in the trunk.

I hate it when stuff like that happens. And, if you can't find it, it just annoys hell out of you all the time.

Noises are a tech's worst nightmare, we are always hearing something that that the customr is not and not hearing what the customer is . I once tracked a noise wich sounded like marble rolling around under the floor of the car for 5 hours . It turned out there was a battery that worked it's way under the carpet in the rear of the car. I may be able to suggest some things. Although i need some more information. When does the rattle accur, over bumps?, hitting the driveway on a turn? or cruizing down the highway? as far as hitting bumps and turning in the driveway if this is when you hear the noise it may be a worn strut mount or I have even seed the sway bar end links work themselves loose. The rear subframe could also be working its way loose. Nissan Altima's do this all the time. Ask you dealer if they have suspention ears, this is a diagnostic tool that you can hook up sensors to the suspention parts and put on a set of headphones and drive and listen to each sensor one at a time to pinpoint the noise. If they dont have this tool find a dealer that does and ask them to look into the issue.

I had a rattle that drove me nuttier, too. It turned out to be the seat belt clasp was barely touching the plastic side panel. Unless you're really sure that it's coming from outside, check around INSIDE the vehicle for something simple like that...you never know...
