hello. please dont bash me because i posted to the rx group. there are not to many sc groups and all i need are some answers if anyone can help. i am going to purchase a 92-97 sc300 soon. my other hobby is drag racing/road racing/auto crossing my 91 misubishi eclipse awd. i know the car from bolt to bolt and have built it from the ground up to a 500whp highway nightmare. my best 1/4 mile is 10.4@132. a mclaren f1 does 11.2@130 something just to show what i did with my awd gsx for under 20k cars are my thing and now i want to own one of the nices cars made. sc300/400. i am gearing toward the 300 because of fuel economy, the v6 motor is easy to understand and rebuild, it comes in a 5spd, and i have many friends who work on toyota supras and i believe they have the same 3.0 non turbo motor. can the experts please advise me on anything i should know that might help me choose a model year. i have done some reasearch on the web but the info i am looking for is not there. so far i am almost sold on a 95 sc300 black, tan, 80k, 1 owner, dealer trade, all records, $9000. if anyone has anything to say i would be much appreciated. i am also looking for any clubs or website to do more research. thanks, brian 90 mitsubishi gsx 91 mitsubishi gsx 92 mitsubishi gvr4 00 nissan maxima se 00 dodge dakota
