anyone from canada here?

Hi! I am in Ontario. I am new to this site but have been on other Toyota forums. I own a 1984 BJ-60 Landcruiser Diesel and currently working on my third late 80's Tercel. I am working on a plan to own a new FJ Cruiser and Camry with the 268hp V-6. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/57.gif)

actually these so-called speed chip - is just a resistor.
my friend has a 2005 Matrix XRS,and had one of these ' chip ' installed on his.
he saids he feel some hp gain, dont know how much.
but,he also noticed that the fuel gauge needle dropping down much faster than it would !
right now,he just yank it off from his Matrix.high fuel consumption.

Yep..Alberta here. Everyone out here has either a Toyota or a Honda. Lots of $ here. Albertans are pretty smart people. They want quality and efficiency in their vehicles. Since it can get quite icy here in Alberta, having a car with good tires and traction is important. BUT then again, you might get another driver on the road who causes an accident because he/she refused to get winter tires. I heard that a lof Calgarians simply don’t change over to their winter tires. Not a good idea here where it can ice up pretty quickly.

I'm from Edmonton, we get more snow than Calgary and I have never used winter tires. Seems just fine to me. I have gotten stuck a lot though....
