Gee... and I was planning to take it to the body and paint shop on Wednesday to have something else repair on the car!

I hate to bring the car in to have 2 things repaired on the car and spend even more money on it.

So I decided to ask here and see if there's anyway I can fix it myself.

The dent is on the upper corner on the back bumper on the passenger side.

The dent is not small but it's not big.

Right now it's dark outside so I can't take a picture of it. When it's daytime, I take a picture of it and post it here.

One trick I heard long time ago is use a hair dryer and use a hammer.

I check the bumper on the inside and try to feel in there. I don't think the hammer trick will work though.

Do anyone have any suggestions for me to do to try to fix it or is the body shop is the only way to do it?

The car I have is a 2002 Toyota Camry LE 4

Yeah, you should be able to pop it out yourself. I don't know the exact procedure, but you can find it online, I'm sure. Anything to save a little money.

Well, it looks like I didn't have to do anything.

Believe it or not, it fix itself!

I was at the bank. I didn't cover my car with a car cover which I usually do because I thought I will be there really quick. So the car just sat there under the hot sun. It took me longer than I thought. Much longer.

When I came back out, the dent is gone! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I guess sitting under the hot sun took out the dent! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Maybe I should write a book about how to take out dents! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Oh my word! I have never heard of this happening... Maybe you are the newest expert on how to remove dents from Toyotas! That could have cost hundreds of dollars if you would have had to put it in the shop! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/clap.gif)
