What Toyota truck would be big enough for 3 carseats or are any of them? It also would need a bench seat in the front not a solid console. Big enough to hold six people total.

None of them. I don't think even the LandCruiser is big enough to fit three car seats in the same row. You could fit 2 in the second and 1 in the third row I guess.
