I just purchased a 2008 rav4 base model.

Can Fog Lights be added to this model without too much expense??

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say no. I'm sure you can add them but it ain't gonna be cheap. You could do it yourself and save the labor.

The wiring is possibly already in place. Are the round block-offs made from a separate piece? If so, they should be able to come out fairly easily. The hardest part of the conversion would be wiring (if it's not already there) and mounting a switch if you wanted it to look factory.

Overall, I wouldn't think it would be too difficult.
