We got this car about two years ago when we got it it was a mess dents all over it the grill was mashed both bumpers where dinged up. any way now it is all most dun all that is left to do is paint it we are going to paint it yellow with black pen stripes it is going to have a air scoop and a front spoiler. the person before us had put a in line fuel pump on a really shity one to so we bought a new fuel pump from Napa for 100$ bucks and about a month later it started killing every time the car would get warm it would do fine tell we took it for a drive and then it would kill. so any way it turned out that the fuel pump is bad the one we just bought. what other kind of fuel pumps can I but on my 78 celica that will work good or would you guys recommend that I just buy a another new one.

I would stick with the stock set up. Is your pump in the tank? Somewhere along the line in the RA4 they started putting a mechanical pump on the engine. The electric in tank pump is wired with the oil pressure. If oil pressure drops too low the fuel pump will cut out to save the engine. Make sure your oil pressuer is good or that you don't have a bad oil sending unit.
