Look down in the form a bit. A few weeks ago several people asked the same question and I left a long response.
Watch out for "deals" on rebuild kits. Most come with cheap bearings and seals. I rebuilt mine not long ago and only went with Toyota factory parts. I figure the first parts lasted 380k, the new parts should go least that long. And I did not want to do it again. I replaced everything. Every bearing and synchronizer. I even replaced a few gears. A bearing ate the cage and sent a mess of metal into all the gears. No real bad damage, but a few chips.
I was surprised how little wear everything had for 380k. Some bearings I could not tell old from new and had to really be careful to not put the old one back on. What makes you think you need to rebuild yours? It might be a simple fix.
