I would definately call your service provider. They should have the exact solution for you. It is hard to give an answer with all of the new tech involved.

I have exactly the same problem as Bob Mizerek, except once in awhile the darn thing works! Would you explain a little more about contacting the "service provider". My cell phone service is AT&T; they've been no help at all. Local Toyota techs are as baffled as I am
