Not sure what kind of bra your are referring to, but I personally do not like the black ones that attach to the car by hooks. They can cause more damage to your paint if dirt gets under the bra. They do require a little labor as you'll need to remove most of it when wet from rain and probably when washing the car.

Because of these reasons I chose a 3M clear film protection. Check out X-Pel as they sell the patterns and list installers. Advantages - it's clear, 3M provides a 5 year warrenty, it stays on your car, you can wash and wax it, and of couse it helps prevent dings and chipped paint. Disadvantages - it's expensive, anywhere from $500-900 dollars depening on if you do it yourself or which installer you use. It will eventually yellow from UV rays and at 8 mil it's not as thick as regular bras.

Pongo, I cannot believe you! LOL!! I actually saw the title and I had to come here because I have no idea of what is a bra for the car!!! I mean, I used them everyday as an object of clothing, but how is it for a car? What does it do? And how come you can get dirt under the bra? Can someone please place a picture of a BRA FOR CARS? Pongo??? Since you know so much about cars, I guess you can probably help with visual aid! Thanks!
