Hi,
I have a 2003 Tacoma 2WD w/ 108,000 miles. Just bought it used recently and after a week had passed from the purchase I started noticing a clunking sound when I brake. This sound only happens as I'm slowing down and going from 6 to 1 mph. It sounds kind of like a tu-tu-tu-tu sound, and it has a vibration that can be felt in the brake pedal. As soon as I hear it if I release the brake it starts going away and it gives the impression that is related to the revving of the engine. This sound does not happen every time I break, it only happens occasionally and I have not been able to duplicate it on will, it happens I would say 3 times for every 10 times I use the break. Any advice?
