This may be a stupid question, but I really like the dark blue "brilliant blue pearl" Prius, posted in the photo gallery by skookumsoft, better than the aqua ice I've ordered. When I ordered in October, the brilliant blue wasn't available & Toyota told me I would have to wait to 2002 to get one.<br><br>So skookumsoft, if you're out there, how did you get one? Anyone else have one? Anyone know if you can change an order? Does it make a difference that I live in California?<br><br>Thanks in advance<br>Ann

Skookumsoft hasn't been posting too much recently so I'll give you an answer.<br><br>Unfortunately, for you it does make a difference that you are in California. We in Canada have different colour options than you in the US. Our choices are Alpine White, Silver Sand, dark green (Ontarioprius & us), light blue and dark blue (Skookumsoft).<br><br>If you want one, pretty sure that Metro Toyota here in Victoria still have one...<br><br>John

Brilliant Blue Pearl is not available in the US...yet. Who knows what the MY02 will bring? But at this time, on this continent, it's only available in Canada. And it's a great color, too!

yes your instinct is correct. he is wrong. Currently it cannot be ordered, although apparently we in the us are alone- It apparently can be ordered elsewhere (canada).
