I just bought a used 2007 Toyota RAV4 from the dealership and I noticed that it had a bumpy sort of a ride...I don't know if this is normal. I had an Accord before this so I guess the ride in a sedan was much smoother.
When I called the dealer about this he said that since this is an SUV and you are sitting higher--it is bound to give you more of a feeling of a bumpy ride compared to your sedan and it was normal. I don't know if that is correct or I need to do something to the car to improve this condition.
I've read several reviews for the RAV4 but none of them said that the RAV4 has a bumpy ride. Note: by bumpy I mean that you feel most of the curvature of the road while driving even on the highway. When I drive slower I don't feel it as much.
