Mann today I had a mini accident. I was backing up and my cousin's truck was parked and I ended up
busting my tail light. How much do you think it will cost for me to fix it? Auto shops always try to cheat me.

If it's a 2001, I would say fix it yourself. Parts should be readily available from a junkyard.

I've had success at the following place: http://www.sunfor.com/

Either way, get it fixed before you get a ticket. I got one last week for just that and it sucks!

Check for used one like on car-parts.com or even eBay. It should be easy as loosening a few screws and replacing the part.

Or a nice person at an auto supply store will do it for you for a few extra bucks. That's what I did.
Go in when they aren't busy.
