Hi, I have 05 Mtrix XRS and got a problem with CAI. There are no CAI for MAtrix after 03 and I tried to put one on my car but I got the check engine light right away! Then I put the stock intake ena no check engine. I mean I know something about cars, its not me thats messed up. All the installation istructions are fer 03 matrix and there is something different! One of the sensors as not the same. I looked at AEM installation for 03 model sith pics and everything and the sensors are not the same. Any suggestions? PLEASE! I am frustrated already! You have a DBW(drive by wire, no throttle cable)on the '05+. It's been kind of an on going problem but for some reason puting a short ram it leans it out diff. compared to the '03 and '04's. The installation is the same but it just responds diff. to the engine revisions even though it's a DBW vs. a cable driven TB.
