My cars just reached 100000k (60000miles) and apparently its time for a cam belt change. Do i have to and does any bodyknow where i can get one? Also i carnt seem to find any proformance spark plugs any suggestions?

60 k is correct, definitely do it it's only about ?100 - 150 to pay a garage to do it, if you're a diy type then the proper toyota belt is dirt cheap. No such a thing as performance plugs though hks iridiums seem to give a good spark consistently, most people go for cheap ngk coppers and change them after about 5000 miles. Also check the condition of your leads and dizzy, i lost about 30bhp cos mine were in poor condition.
