Location: new brunswick canada
I have a 96 tacoma and i cannot put it in 4wd a guy told me it was the small tank in the front driver's side in the wheel well I looked it up and there is a hole in it can someone tell me what is the name of that tank thanks PAUL

The vacuum reservoir tank. And that would cause your problem.
