Wats up. I just bought a stock 2005 toyota Vitz & I really want it to do 10secs on the 1/4.That is to finnish quater of a mile in 10secs in dragg racing. I have spoken with some of my freinds & they that the best way to achieve any speed near my goal was to change stock 1500cc vitz engine for a 2000cc GT T Cladina engine. But can it fit? My overall budget is $2500, & that would also include lowering it properly and getting a neat kit. If my budget is too small to achieve this, I suppose 11secs wouldn't be that bad. But if 10secs is possible that would be good.

it will fit, but you will have to weld brackets for two extra mounts, as the vitz engine rests on 3 mounts and the caldina gt t is on 5
