I have a 2001 Toyota Corolla CE. It did not come with split folding rear seats. If I found a 2001 Corolla at the wreckers which had split rear folding seats, could I install those into my 01 Corolla CE ?

It should not be a problem. All these cars are built the same, and everything else is an add-on...
depending on the model level. Just remember to take all the hardware from the wreck that connects the seats properly to the car to be able to install them correctly in your vehicle. Stuff like upgrade
door panels from an LE, power windows and door locks, consoles, etc. all bolt in.
