Has anyone cancelled their extended warranty and been told that you have to go to your state's Taxation Department to get part of the refund? This is what I was told and I find it absolutely ridiculous. If anyone has been through this, I would greatly appreciate some advice.

Thanks

The terms for canceling a contract would have been spelled out in the contract itself. Pull out your paperwork and start reading.

Going to the taxation department sound to me like a tactic that is meant to make things sound impossible. That's bogus...
