solex (old skool) mikuni, weber, kehin, delorto all make carbs either
sidedraft or downdraft........

How would you decide how much carb to use? I don't want to starve my engine for fuel, but I don't want to over carbeurate either?

all is dependent upon size, cam profile, exhaust, compression
