Drives: 1990 Toyota Tercel
Location: USA
1990 Toyota Tercel. Mechanic says I need a new carburetor. I Know nothing about cars but in doing some reading there's a good possibility the problem maybe one of the valves.
QUESTION is: Is there a diagnostic test for a carburetor?

Also, when you buy the Weber Carburetor kit does it come with all the valves?
