whats the best way to carry extra fuel in the innova ? We are going on a mountain tour and need to carry 50 litres of extra diesel, please recommend through your experience

In order of preference:

1. External Brackets on the vehicle. I don't think you have these installed based on your question, but if you have time before your trip, you should try and have some custom made and welded on.

2. Try towing a utility trailer. This is the next best option I use here in Canada.

3. Option 3 is to store your jerry cans on your roof-rack or inside a carry-all on the roof.

4. The absolute last option, and I would NEVER do this, only in an emergency....is stow them inside your vehicle.
