Just purchased a 2000 Avalon with 16000 miles. Single CD player wont work and I do not believe it has ever been used. CD will feed, display indicates CD, but nothing else happens. In about 15 seconds the CD is automatically ejected. Have tried multiple CDs without success. Is does not appear to be reading the CD. All other radio functions work. Tried doing the self diagnostic procedure, and that indicated 00 which represents no problems. Would greatly appreciate any help.
