i was going to put some Mobil 1 in mine and was not quiet sure how to do the filter, i feel like a goober but knowing my luck i would break something.

What do you mean by "do the filter"? Just get a filter wrench and unscrew it off and put a new one on.

I think it's better if you have your auto mechanic do it for you if you don't know what you are doing.

If you worry that the auto mechanic will take your Mobil 1 Synthetic oil and put it inside the trunk of his car and put in conventional oil in your car, there's a way to prevent it from happening. Either watch him put the oil in the car or tell them you want the empty bottles back.

LOL...just not familiar with the tundra and oil cooler, that is where the filter is and isnt the black cover with the plug at the bottom does the whole thing spin off. i took the plug out of the black cover and there was a little oil and that puzzled me. so i got to wondering if there was something else i was missing..
