To get the crank pulley off you need to use a gear puller. If the pulley hasn't been off ever, it will be quite tight on the shaft.
Toyota have a " SST " - Special Service Tool - to remove the pulley, but it's not worth shelling out the large amount of money they want to invest in a tool you will use maybe twice in the time you will have the vehicle.
Here's a simple way to remove the pulley.
Wind the big bolt that you have taken out back into the thread until it is around 3 or 4 turns from being tight. Use your gear puller around the pulley and the head of the bolt becomes the centre-point for the gear puller.
Once you have pulled the pulley out say 5mm, undo the bolt the same amount and pull the pulley another 5mm.
Keep going until the bolt is completely out of the threads, by which time the pulley will be nearly off and you can usually "jiggle" it by hand to get the last 5 - 10mm of travel.
Make sure you don't lose the pulley key when you finally get the pulley off.
Before reinstalling the pulley, clean the crankshaft completely and apply a light coating of oil or anti-seize and fit the pulley back up with the key inserted into the key-way.
