my name is turkie alghamdi me and my family ane regular clint of your cars and company but my last car are aurion 2008 glx it is nice car
but i went to the company for 10.000 klm service and they did not fill the car with oil it was empty and the engine well died it has a very loud sound and
wired voice when i start the engine so they replace my engine and the proplem are the same and the car start now to change
the engine are bad and the temp. are above the half i talk to them that they did a bad service and they are the reason for this proplem
they confice that they are the reason for that and take the car from me for three times to repierd it but the proplem are the same
thay did not care about the money that i bied
i did not see any response i talk to him to replace my car with a new one but they refuse they say no way the company are sorry about the proplem
that they cauce but the company cant loos mony for me
so i dont you to replace my car i hate your company and the service so i demand to return my mony or i will start a web about my proplem
even i will take it to the court untill i take my mony bake and sorry for the long complain but i must return my mony any how
