I have tried multiple websites and junk yards with no hope in sight. I am looking for as reasonably price latch specifically the Passenger side. Does anyone know where I can find one?

Have you tried car-part.com or trdparts4u.com yet?

You might try this site. I have a 1992 convertible and have purchased a few parts from them. They are usually cheaper than my local Toyota parts department.

I just saw a pair of latches on Ebay... you might try there... I got all if the power switches for my convertible for less than 50 bucks which was a steal by comparrison to salvage yards, dealers, etc...
