Location: USA
I have a 2002 Avalon with a small coolant leak. It looks like it is leaking at a small block off plate that is attached to the block with 2 14mm nuts. The plate is next to the oil filter. It does not look like it is leaking from the head gasket.
Anyone no what this plate is used for?
