Cooling Fan not kicking on? I Know where the relay is, just dont know how to check it to make sure its good. Also the heater does not get very warm, temp builds up when heater off but when i turn the heater on it drops the temp so much that the heater just isnt very warm... ?? Any ideas or help would be appreciated. also the fan has never kicked on as far as i know. just lately with winter over the car gets quite warm at stops and it idles like crap when that does happen..
