My radiator cooling fans come on when the key is turned on. I read in the haynes manual that if <br>you disconnect the connector at the radiator, the<br>fans should be on. Does that mean that if I unplug the connector in the fans should go off? Has anyone a step by step to trouble shoot this problem. Its getting cold weather and fans are <br>not allowing engine to run normal temp.<br><br>thanks
