Dear All,

The A/C (and also fan/heater) stopped working a few days ago. Now when I turn on the fan nothing happens. I've also noticed that when I leave the engine running when the car is parked, after a while, the radiator fan turns on which causes the A/C (and also fan) to be running again. It looks like that one of the fuses and/or relays is not working. I've tried following the electrical diagrams from a 2004 Corolla Manual but unfortunately I couldn't figure out which connection is failing.

Can anybody help me in this regards ? Also is this problem (that maybe has blown the fuse) serious or is it a normal accident ? (a few days ago the weather was so hot maybe I've put the car under too much pressure).

Thank you very much in advance,
Someone

Hello all,

Just thought to give an update. I've already checked the fuses and all of them seem to be working. I'm getting more suspicious to one of the relays now. But how can I check if a relay is working or not ?

Moreover, uppon more inspection of the wiring manuals, I now can understand the operation of the parts, but I can't think of any mal-function that causes the behavior that I mentioned.

Is it possible that the A/C Pressure Switch is not working ? How can I check it ?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you so much in advance,
