I have a 2004 Corolla with 63,000miles and i have to replace the front tires AGAIN. I have made sure on this second set that my inflation is proper. I have goodyear(sorry, don't have the specs (I will update when I do)). Has anyone else had a front tire problem?

How often do you rotate your tires? A front wheel drive car such as the Corolla will wear the front tires out more frequently because all of the weight is at the front of the vehicle. The engine, steering mechanisms and tranny are all at the front and the tires must bear all that weight. You should have your tires rotated every 5000 miles or so and get them balanced every other rotation as well.

I have a 2004 Corolla with 95,000 miles. I'm getting around 50,000 miles out of the tires and rotate every 6,000 miles. I replaced the original tires with an exact replacement and have had no problems.
