I have 14" wheels on my '99 Toyota corolla. I have 13" wheels on my '92 corolla. Both are original equipment (sizes). Is it possible to switch them as a set from the '92 to the '99?

Technically you could, but I really wouldn't, as the speedometer relies on the wheel for accurate measurements, it could cause problems with your disc brakes, and it can even damage your suspension and cause uneven tire wear. (poor camber level)
