What are the signs that you may have a cracked manifold? I heard that if you hear ticking sounds from your engine that is usually what it is.... Is that true?

Yes, I had ticking sound. Mechanic said it was exhaust manifold crack and welded the left side and all is swell 2 yrs later. Good Luck.
