I'm driving a 94 pickup, 5 spd manual. The cruise control worked well when I bought it and recently it decided to stop working. On previous attempts it worked maybe one out of ten times but now theres nothing. I'm guessing it has to be a wiring issue but I'm a novice when it comes to this stuff. Anyone have any ideas or similar problems you were able to resolve? Any advice on how to diagnose it or even fix it?

The CC interface from throttle to engine is vacuum assy, maybe it or the vac hose is leaking.

Well, first you need to figure out if it's a factory CC or an after market. Some dealers are fond of slapping after market CC on and selling it like it was a factory option. They did that to me and it was always causing problems. I tossed that rats nest of wiring and never looked back.

If it's after market, look online for the install guide and trace down the wires. If factory, then the FSM would help. Sorry I can't help from here, too many things that could go wrong.
