My dash lights aren't working. For some reason there is no power to my dimmer switch. All of my fuses in the engine compartment and kick panel are good. Are there any other that aren't obvious?

I have the same problem.
According to the wiring diagram there is a tail light relay that provides power to the tail lights, dash, etc.
It should be somewhere around the radio, however, I could not locate it.
