Here's the deal,

I have a 1997 Corolla CE that I use as a delivery car. My problem is neither the exterior or interior door handles are working. I know exactly why it won't open and exactly how to fix it, but I need to get the door open to do so. What I need to know is how to either a) get the driver's door open or b) how to get the interior door panel off while the door is closed.
