Hi

Proud owner of a 2004 RAV 4 - bought second hand and received 1 "electronic key" and one standard - long story but my wife has lost the electronic one!

So - can not disable alarm - unless use standard key but even then it takes a while to shut off

Can not order a new electronic key as need at least 1 to clone it

Toyota quoting £900!!!!!!!! - to fix

so - any thoughts - worse case would be how to disable the factory fit alarm - i could then use the standard key and fit an alternative alarm?
