im jake i have a 88 tercel hb, and i had and idea of swappin a 3sgte into it, ive located engine, tranny, turbo, and intercooler but i was wondering if theres anything i need to know such as clearence issues, and general things i should know when i swap any help wut be greatly appreciated thanks everyone

I have seen here in DR some Starlets with the 3S-GTE (2.0T) engine. If it fits into a Starlet, i think it would fit into a tercel, because these cars are very similar and also the engines are the same (1E, 2E, 3E, and 4E-FE, 5E-FE in some more recent models).

Not sure on and 88 cel. i know for a 92 its a big job; custom axles, welding new engine mounts, cutting the frame, Wiring is also a bit tricky.
