I just received a 1994 Toyota Tercel from the guy i work for. He gave me bc he had no other use for it.
He told me i had change the rings bc it burns oil. i did some research on the engine n found it had little to no power n their wasnt much after market parts for it. so instead of goin to build somethin custom, i thought of n engine swap. i have a few thousand to spend. wat is a good engine for my tercel?? i have the know how and the tools since im an apprentice for a guy that does engine and transmission swaps for a living. i just need a recommendation and maybe even a website or place that i may be able to get import engines from at a nice cost. I also was hopin to put out about 300 horses without nitrous. Sorta like a sleeper car.

I don't know about 300 hp, thats kinda dreraming if you want it to be dependable at all
but you could put in a 20 valve 4age, or 4agze, the supercharged 4age, or if you must have 300 hp then go with a 3sgte thrid gen motor and turn up the boost, but these will be very custom swaps
