Is there a way I can block out some of the noise my exhaust
makes on the inside of my car?

What about putting some kind sound deadening material in the trunk or something?

Would that work?

Thanks

You could:

-replace your muffler, but the labor cost may be a bit pricey
-shift at lower speeds (if a manual)
-ease the accelerator (if manual don't over-rev, if automatic don't floor it)
-install manifold tape to your exhaust manifold (might decrease nose from exhaust system, and only costs about 30 dollars)

Deadening material might help, but this would be adding extra weight to the rear of a front wheel drive car, which would reduce traction in poor weather conditions, not to mention the obvious addition of weight and loss of space.

Hopes this helps..
