I drove home on the highway last night at my usual 60 mph, once hitting nearly 70 mph for a very short stretch. When I got off the highway after 20 miles, I noticed that the truck was in 4th gear instead of 5th gear. No excuses, no alibis. Just a serious brain fart. What damage have I probably done to my truck???

With the 3.4L V6 engine? None. In fact, you might have done it some good blowing some carbon and crap out of it.

You wasted a little more gas, that's all.

No six cylinder engines here. My truck is a 1995 with a four-cylinder mill.

Should not be a problem. Keep driving it.
