hi i have a 1990 toyota pickup and i think it has a leak out of the front main either that or the oil pan but im hoping its the front main because if it is the pan that means the whole front end basically needs pulled off to drop the pan and thats way outa my league and a local shop wants 400 dollars to do it so my main question is how hard is it to change the front main? oh and i changed my oil on monday and it was about halfway down on the drivable level it that tells you anything. so i guess it could kinda be considered a medium leak but i would really like to get to the bottom of this because there is nothing i hate more than an oil leak so any help would be greatly appreciated.. i had some thing that sounds like the same problem your having and it was the main front seal. i ended up geting it fixed at a local shop for about 250$ totaly worth it, and i have never had any problems with it since
