Hi All,

After a heavy snow I clear my windshield and turned on my wipers while driving. All was well till I stopped at a red light and a thick and heavy slab of snow slid off my roof onto my windshield. I heard a loud crack and my both my wipers immediately stopped working. Anybody have instructions on getting parts and repairing this? I am assuming its the linkage between the wiper motor and the wiper arms, but the whole assemblage is in an enclosure.
