Good news: engine runs great, interior in great shape, body not bad overall with some rust on one fender

Bad news: Failed state inspection last week. The underside is extensively rusted. The fuel lines are rusted and leak and the brake lines are badly rusted. The A/C also does not work.

Some maintenance highlights: Front struts replaced in 2004. New clutch in 2000. New radiator, hoses and thermostat in 2004. New rear axle in 2002; new right front axle in 2005. Exhaust replaced in 2006. Two wheel cylinders replaced in 2007.

I have all the maintenance records since I purchased it in 1994.

This was the first car I ever owned and I hate to part with it, but I guess the time has come. Hopefully someone can get some use out of it in some way.
