Does anyone else have a notchy gear change from 1st to 2nd gear especially when its cold?

I get that too, in the morning she just doesn't go into any gear (Audi Coupe). I find 1st gear is almost always notchy, unless I put it into gear just before stopping. Very strange!

I had this problem and it just got worse and worse until they discovered something was leaking. They fixed the leak and the problem went away.
